Other Stuff:   Tables / Chairs, decorations, entertainment, special request, etc.

Policy: firm guest count 72 hours prior to engagement.  Bill will reflect actual plates served or quoted number (whichever is greater) upon plates.  Prices do not include sales tax.  Additional set up, serving time or delay may result in a $25 per hour charge. 50% deposit to reserve event – 100% due 48 hours prior to event.
